Terra Alta neighbours the more famous Priorat region and creates slightly more distinctive wines that are heavily influenced by the altitude and microclimate of the region. El Garbi is the name of the Arab wind that blows through the vineyards gently ventilating the canopy and adding a crisp minerality to the wine.
This wine is such a great expression of how elegant and refined Garnacha Blanco can be. Aromas of juicy apricots and stone fruit with undertones of fennel. Oak barrels are used in the winemaking process adding more complex flavours of spice and a creamy body.
