2. Age Restriction
It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase alcohol.
Our delivery partners may request photo ID to verify age at the point of delivery. If ID cannot be provided, or the recipient is underage, delivery will be refused, and the order may be cancelled.
3. Ordering & Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance.
A contract is formed only when your payment is processed and we dispatch your goods.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders where:
- We suspect age verification failure
- Products are mispriced or unavailable
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT.
