Shipping & Delivery Policy

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and securely. Please read below for our delivery terms and conditions.

📍 Where We Ship

We currently deliver to mainland UK only, including:

• England
• Scotland
• Wales

We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or any offshore UK territories.

🚚 Delivery Options

All deliveries are tracked and require a signature from someone aged 18 or over at the delivery address.

⏱ Order Processing Times

• Orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 1:00pm or during weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

🔞 Age Verification

In accordance with UK law, you must be 18 or older to purchase alcohol. Our courier partners may request valid photo ID upon delivery. Orders will not be left unattended or delivered to anyone unable to verify their age.

⚠️ Delivery Delays

We do our best to deliver within 2 business days, but please allow extra time during:

• Bank holidays
• Peak seasonal periods
• Severe weather conditions

We’ll notify you of any known delays as soon as possible.
