A wonderfully complex organic Corbec appassimento made by Italian legends - Masi. 70% Corvina & 30% Malbec. After harvest the grapes are laid out to dry for nearly 3 weeks, this is the apassimento method - similar to how they make Amarone della Valpolicella. This method concentrates the flavours resulting in a complex flavour profile full of cherries, cocoa and a long excellent finish.
